Hambden Elementary School“Mardi Gras Magic” 1st Annual Reverse Raffle and Dinner

The Hambden Elementary School Parent-Teacher Organization will host its first reverse raffle auction and dinner from 6pm to midnight on Saturday, February 16, 2013.
“Mardi Gras Magic” will be held at Huntsburg Township Community Center, 12406 Madison Road (12 minutes from Hambden Elementary) with proceeds benefiting the renovation of the school’s playground. Local auctioneer Scott Mihalic will serve as master of ceremonies, and patrons can bid on live, silent and basket auction items.
Tickets to the event are $75 per couple, $50 single, $30 ticket only. (Adults Only)
Ticket Includes:
Raffle Ticket (Grand Prize $1,500 cash), Dinner Buffet, Unlimited Beer, Wine & Soft Drinks.
Sponsorships are available at the Table ($500); Wildcat ($300); Hilltopper ($150); and Black and Red ($75) levels. Live, silent and basket auction donations are graciously appreciated.
Tickets can be purchased beginning Monday, January 7, 2013 via the Hambden PTO website hambden.digitalpto.com or in our school office.

HPTO Meeting/Guys Pizza Night – Tuesday, March 12 – 7pm

HPTO Monthly Meeting will take place on Tuesday, March 15. We will begin at 7 p.m. in Mrs. Schreffler’s 3rd Grade Classroom and free childcare is provided. It’s also our Guys Pizza night. If you order a pizza for your family, tell them you are calling to support Hambden Elementary and give them your child(ren)’s classroom teacher(s) name. The classroom that orders the most pizza will win a pizza party! Guys will also donate 10% of the total sales to our school!
